Unfortunately I don't remember all that I ate this weekend but on a scale of 1-10, I'd rate my weekend eatng at a 6-7. I do believe that you can't all out restrict yourself and someone once told me that you should give yourself some allowances one day a week.
We ate out at a Mexican restaurant on Friday night; however, I chose pretty well - something w/o cheese. I had the steak kabobs, only a few chips w/ cheese dip. Fortunately it was placed on the other side of the table between the men, which made it easier to resist. And I had a Panera souffle for breakfast.
I did not do a lot of active exercising like I had hoped due to crazy schedules; however, I spent Saturday morning outside sweating my tail off for a yard sale. I'd like to think I burned a few calories lifting and organizing everything.
My goals for this week include: mapping out meals, 4 trips to the gym w/ at least 2 classes, creating a daily regimen of pushups, stretches, etc.
