6.15.09

The "Weight Loss Challenge" officially began last night, and I am very excited. This is a brilliant idea by a local gym. Similar to the TV show on losing weight, participants are put into teams of five and the team that loses the highest percentage of weight wins $5K!

Just the motivation I needed.

B - 15 minutes on treadmill
A - 80 oz.
L - 5 min stretching in class
A - 20 min core classN - 10AM - oatmeal w/ 4 almonds & blueberrie; 1PM - 1/4 lb shrimp; 3PM - med chai latte; 4PM - cherries; 5 PM - 1.4 lb shrimp; 9 PM - 1/4 cup pasta; small popsicle; 1/2 piece multigrain bread; multi-vit; magnesium
