N - 10AM - grapes/ strawberries; 12PM - 1/2 c pasta w/ sausage, 5 shrimp w/ cocktail sauce, grapes; 2PM - ezekial bread with pnut butter; 5 PM - 2 chips, grapes; 7PM - steamed green beans, eggplant, 2 small pork chops; 8PM - watermelon

Other notes: Doctor's appointment took up most of morning. Need to carry water bottle with me. Having dinner ready to reheat made it easier to find time to exercise.

Motivator: OB/Gyn recommends going to internist to regulate bp, as now in post post-partum and bp is still high. We believe weight loss will lower bp.
