Do Over

I set out a plan on 4/20 to start getting back into shape and need a "do over"... I started out great for about 3 days and then lost it - perhaps it was overreaching goals, available time, and any number of things. Regardless, I am going to begin again with revised goals, using the “Balance” card to create goals and track my progress.

Breathe (cardio): 45 minute walks 4 times this week
Agua (water intake): 80 oz per day
Lengthen (stretches): 5 minutes 3 times this week
Anaerobic (anaerobic exercises): 10 minutes of weights 3 times this week; 1 minute plank 3X; 30 second squats 3X
Nutrition (meals & vitamins): vitamin daily; meal plan with protein & fruit & veg (little to no cheese or bread)
Cleanse (bm’s):
Energy (massages, colonics, enhanced reading): get a massage this week; begin career blog; locate Eat, Move & Be Healthy book

I am going to focus on 10 pounds at a time, and my goal is to lose two pounds per week.

To stick to my plan, I have learned that I need to make a plan for working in exercise, water and meals every day.
